Elderfest Event

The Christchurch Social Prescribing PCN team, together with local community partners, have organised this event to showcase the wide range of services in our area that help people stay healthy, safe, independent, and connected.

The day will include:

A marketplace-style event with stalls from local services, where visitors can browse, chat, and pick up useful information. Enjoy free refreshments and hear short talks on topics such as digital wellbeing, dementia awareness, fraud prevention, and more. 

A series of short talks throughout the day from:

• LiveWell Dorset & the Integrated Vaccine Service

• Christchurch PCN  - Looking after yourself digitally

• Christchurch PCN MSK Physio – Strength talk and seated exercises

• PramaLife – Dementia Awareness

• Dorset Police – Fraud Prevention

• Dorset & Wiltshire Fire Service – Safe and Well Team
