Christchurch Connections and Health Hub

Christchurch PCN in conjunction with Compassionate Communities UK and Affordable Housing and Healthcare Group have collaborated to create the Christchurch Connections and Health Hub. Its aim is to help you improve your health and wellbeing by connecting you with local groups and services, strengthening our community connections, as well as providing information about national resources.
