Digital Coaching for Fraility

Frailty is a condition that affects one in ten people over the age of 65. It means people are at higher risk of falls, disability and poorer quality of life. We are working with Bournemouth University on this project to develop an intervention to support older adults using personalised health coaching and digital technology to manage symptoms of frailty and long-term health conditions. 

This study consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Participate in interviews to discuss your opinions on this digital method for frailty management.

Stage 2: Test the method with a health coach who will guide you on its use and oversee your care. This stage will require you to fill out some questionnaires and take part in interviews to gauge its effectiveness for you.
