Looking after your mental and physical wellbeing has never been more important.
We hosted a free online webinar about healthy living on Wednesday 28th January 2026 from 18:30 – 19:30 for practical, supportive advice from a GP and Live Well Dorset. This session focused on blood pressure and heart health and will include a Q&A with a GP, practical health and wellbeing advice, and tips for managing stress and mental health.

The day included:
A marketplace-style event with stalls from local services, where visitors can browse, chat, and pick up useful information. Enjoy free refreshments and hear short talks on topics such as digital wellbeing, dementia awareness, fraud prevention, and more.
A series of short talks throughout the day from:
• An introduction to LiveWell Dorset
• Christchurch PCN - Looking after yourself digitally
• Christchurch PCN MSK Physio – Strength talk and seated exercises
• PramaLife – Dementia Awareness
• Dorset Police – Fraud Prevention
• Dorset & Wiltshire Fire Service – Safe and Well Team
It was held at Twynham School, Sopers Lane, Christchurch (BH23 1JF) on Monday 27th October 2025, 10am–3pm. For local residents to discover local services that support older people to stay healthy, safe, independent, and connected.
